EDGE OF THE FOREST NEWS
We have wonderful news. The SDA has awarded the Edge of the Forest a "Small Events Grant" which will kick start our show into action. The response to the 'Expression of Interest' was overwhelming. Over 70 artists enthusiastically replied indicating their interest to participate. We will be publishing the CFE for this juried exhibition very soon. Two exhibition locations have been confirmed, one in Ontario and one in Newfoundland in 2015 to coincide with the Newfoundland and Labrador Crafts Council Fibre Conference.
We have a gap of time from April 2015 to August 2015 for an east coast venue. Gallery and grant proposals are being drafted, and all contacts and suggestions for hosting are welcome!
The show will be open to travel to any central or western destination in Canada after October 2015.
